Booking

A 50% deposit is required to book your session. The deposit will be applied to your session or credited if you cancel more than 48 hours before your session time. If your deposit is not received within 48 hours of your session time, your time may be forfeited to another client.

Please note that sessions are not considered booked until a 50% deposit is made or the PO is received. We do not accept walk-ins, and we do not book sessions without a deposit or allow deposits to be made upon arrival for a session. Deposit must be arranged in advance.

The remaining balance is due before the session start time.

There is a 4-hour minimum required for ALL sessions.

Daytime hourly rates apply to any session that ENDS by 6 pm or earlier (Call or email to discuss rates)

All session start times must be between 10am at the earliest and 10pm at the latest.

Bookings must be made a minimum of 4 hours in advance, but to ensure room and engineer availability it is recommended to book your sessions about 3-5 days in advance.

Sessions are billed from the officially booked start time, not from when clients arrive. If you arrive an hour late, that does not mean you will be able to run an hour past the session end time. If the session end time exceeds the original booked time, it must be approved by the Studio Manager. The extra time will be billed at the hourly rate for the studio room.
